Lodging
- Arrangements will be made with OSU Housing and Dining for those students requiring lodging during the workshop. Meals will be provided. Vegetarian options are available.
Parking
All workshop participants who will be parking a car on campus MUST have a valid parking permit Monday-Friday. Permits are $7/day or $34/week. Permits are available from Transit and Parking Services (TaPS) or daily permits can be purchased at any of the ten pay stations across campus. The permit must be placed in the vehicle immediately and remain posted during the remainder of the campus stay. The University is not responsible for any damage to or theft of vehicles parked in a campus lot. IDES will reimburse workshop participants for the cost of parking.
Note that there is off campus parking (free) in certain areas close to campus.
